The FLO

Foundation: Curiosity and care
Logistics: Clarity in the cadence
Outputs: Quality at the core

Curiosity and care for the community and/or organizational culture is key—history, environment, regional connections, business climate, public perceptions, demographics, economic indicators, policy and legislative context, organizational structure, and more--establish the foundation for the engagement.

Certain engagements will involve issue identification guided by the client (i.e., what are we trying to achieve?). CivVia will work with necessary parties to propose solutions using an analytical approach to the client's goals and objectives. Project-based work may include scope, schedule, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and  communication protocols.

CivVia and the client meet as scheduled—or as needed—to review progress and ensure alignment with the agreed-upon goals and objectives.  Assuring each client experiences and receives value is an important component to measuring an engagement's quality and success.
